1. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns on any items once they have left our facility, including
Prescription and Over-the-Counter (OTC) medications.
Perishable goods (including Koa Pure juices).
Personal care and hygiene-sensitive healthcare products.
2. Why We Maintain a Non-Return Policy
Product Integrity - Many of our products are sensitive to temperature, light, and environmental factors. Returning products could compromise their effectiveness.
Patient Safety - To prevent the risk of tampering, we do not restock items that have been in the possession of a third party.
Regulatory Compliance - We strictly comply with pharmaceutical regulations governing the sale and handling of healthcare products in Ghana and West Africa.
3. Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Orders)
We want to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered in perfect condition. We will provide a replacement or store credit in the following cases
Damaged or Defective Products - If your order arrives damaged.
Incorrect Orders - If we made an error and sent the wrong item.
Notification Windows
Ghana Orders - Please contact us within 3 days of receipt.
Benin Orders - Please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Note - For all claims, please provide photographic evidence of the damage or the incorrect item to info@thepharmacyatpampaso.com.
